- JSJumper Suarez6 days ago1.0Mi experiencia en esta tienda fue pésima. He comprado muchos zapatos aquí, tanto para mi esposa como para mí. El viernes compré un par de zapatos para mi esposa y, después de un solo uso, el tacón se despedazó por completo. Regresamos a la tienda cuando aún no había pasado ni una semana desde la compra. La empleada que nos atendió intentó ayudarnos, pero la gerente, Tatiana, se negó a ofrecer una solución. Además, su trato fue poco profesional, grosero y nada orientado al servicio al cliente. Si eres hispano, mi experiencia fue que el trato fue incluso peor. Por esa razón, decidí no volver nunca más a esa tienda. Ahora entiendo por qué tiene tan mala reputación y por qué casi siempre está vacía. Mi recomendación es que la empresa contrate personal verdaderamente profesional, capaz de tratar a todos los clientes con respeto, justicia y cortesía. De lo contrario, seguirá perdiendo clientes.
- AAAApr 28, 20261.0Lol wish I would have read the reviews first. Bought a $120 pair of shoes that started falling apart the next day. Spoke with manager Tatiana and she was very unfriendly. They won’t return the shoes, so it was a waste. They sell this brand at Nordstrom rack, DSW, Macys, Dillards, and they have them 50% off frequently, so check there first! Just know they don’t make quality shoes, they’re not comfortable and you’ll only get a couple wears, but they are cute!
