  My mother, who is 91 and nearly blind, has been using the Ray Ban Metas for over a year. (I actually can’t remember how long!) but it has been life changing for her. She is in a wheel and also has essential tremors of the hands. But her mind is as sharp as a tack! Since she started wearing Meta, she can now “read” any cards people send her, including if hand-written ones, and also can have meta read the menu when we go out for lunch every other Tuesday! She can ask it all the things she was asking Google before, and she can make and receive calls and texts using Meta. About 5 days ago, the glasses no longer charged or connected to Bluetooth. After numerous calls to RayBan service, we connected with Nico at the International Mall who talked her (me), patiently, thru the troubleshooting process. That also failed. In the end, he said we could come to the store and he could help filling out all the warranty procedure. He also tried to troubleshoot the fix solution himself, to no avail. He helped start the warranty on-line process from my mother’s phone. Internet was spotty, and it kept stalling out at a certain point. We knew we would have to send the glasses back, but her prescription lenses would need to be removed first as well. Thomas, the manager, was listening to the entire exchange and came over to remove the lenses. It seems he also had a private word with Nico….. before long, we observed they were popping the lenses into an identical pair of frames, filling out the long process of an exchange on their computer, and then delighted us beyond belief With a replacement pair. My mom was moved to tears and hugged both Nico (especially) and Thomas. She was so elated to have her “life” back! This was the EXCEPTION to the rule of. Customer service. It went way beyond what they COULD have done, and really went out of their way to take care of one old lady that meant the world to her! I can’t recommend and commend RayBan more for their choice in these two extraordinary employees! Well done!

  Wonderful experience just picked up my custom ordered Ferrari Ray-Ban aviator glasses. Nico was very helpful Kimberly. The optician made sure that they were perfectly matched to the prescription which they were. She gave me a little quickie eye test. I had a little adjustment made, and I could not be happier I truly recommend that store. There’s a wonderful team working there in Tampa Tampa Bay, Florida. Super happy customer.
