Mary Lou was our salesperson, and she was attentive, kind, and so helpful throughout our visit. Everyone on the team made my husband and me feel welcome. They even welcomed our dogs into the store while I tried on clothes, which made the experience especially comfortable for all of us. The service was exceptional for me, my husband, and our pups. Thank you, Mary Lou and the entire team!

- HGH gSep 20, 20262.0Such a shame, the store was beautiful (for Tampa) but the employees were so rude. I’ve shopped in the Madison Ave and Palm Beach locations so many times and I’ve never seen such an atrocious customer service. Also, very limited selection.

- TRTroy ReeseAug 24, 20265.0Stopped into this RL yesterday after lunch in Hyde Park on my way back to the airport. I’m from CA and shop at Ralph in LA. This store was top tier. Everyone was super helpful and the merchandising is spot on. One of the associates told me they just opened and you would not have guessed because everyone was knowledgeable, luxury and helpful. Thankfully I travel back and forth to TPA. Definitely coming to this location again when I’m back in town!!!
