  We had to wait for an hour for the y2k event we showed up at 8 because they advertise that they open at 9 for the event but Its 9:56 employment comes at 9:20 but doesn't open the doors

  Terrible experience and terrible service. The waiting time is also awful The staff was very rude.

  I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! There will deals for $1 CLOTHING?! This was heaven for me. Cheap prices (You'd really have to go diving in clothing because there are hidden gems) and the place is clean per usual. I would recommend coming here with a friend who shares the same passion of thrifting because this place is a gift from God himself. Deff will be coming by here more especially with their deals going on.

  I visit this store regularly... and in comparison to other stores run by mostly young people the customer service is nothing to brag about. They barely interact or give eye contact, are almost robotic with one word answers. Today though stood out from the normal visit. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 🤩👍🏽🤙🏽👏🏽🙌🏽... I forgot to ask her name, but my receipt says RCV. The 1st time I've her and her background may be from India. She asked the normal question of "Did you find everything you were looking for today?"... But she also engaged and responded in the conversation. I could tell she's had some home training 😊. I hope this doesn't embarrass her. She was a wonderful representative of her company, please keep it Up! I know customer service can seem like a waste of energy and not worth it to many Today, but goes a long way. We all have hard days and that one positive interaction at a store can make a big difference to someone.
