Alot of hard hitting reviews but I love this place. Color coded clean and amazing deals

Personally I think the store is overflowing with clothing out of style. My issue isn’t solely with the clothes, but the workers at the store. I brought in 3 bags of clothing and it normally takes an hour after drop off at least. I wasn’t even out of the parking lot yet when I got a text they were ready within 10 minutes. The lady informed me none of my clothing was good enough for the store (Nike, name brands, tags still on some) and when I received my bags back they were never untied, same clothes on top, never gone through. I’d get it if they were busy, but there was no one in the store and 4 people on shift. A different lady who checked me in seemed as though she strongly disliked her job and had a voice that seemed like she was annoyed at everyone and everything. It’s just disappointing to read the other reviews and see no changes have been made to the staff or how this store is ran. I used to go to Plato’s all the time, but now I see why people recommend LabelSwap more and more over here, will not return.

This store is a joke. I walked in to sell… name brands, jordan’s, brooks, nike, adidas… and so much more name brand items brand new. I got a text less than 5 minutes later saying my buy was done and they say unfortunately we can take anything…. what a joke but i see shein and shoes that have dirt all over them in the shelves. Save your time and go to a different location… girls are so snobby to do their jobs and act better than when they are choosing to work at plato’s closet making $10 an hour acting like it’s social hour with friends rather than doing their jobs.

Easily the worst Plato’s I’ve ever been to. Customer service is extremely rude! Don’t waste your time coming here.
