Sahily is incredibly knowledgeable about perfumes and always takes the time to understand what I like before making thoughtful recommendations. She is patient, friendly, and genuinely passionate about helping customers find the perfect fragrance. Every visit with her feels personalized and enjoyable. She is one of the main reasons I keep coming back to Nordstrom for my fragrance purchases. Her professionalism, kindness, and expertise truly make a difference. I highly recommend asking for Sahily if you’re looking for an exceptional shopping experience. I hope her managers recognize the amazing job she does. She is a tremendous asset to the Nordstrom team and absolutely deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service.

The store is well organized and I noticed that the staff from other departments were also very helpful without harassing the customer for sales. Though I can surely find most items at stores closest to me, I will continue to visit for the customer service.
