- RRRichSep 25, 20261.0Really disappointing experience in the fragrance department at Nordstrom International Plaza today, September 25th, around 3:30 PM. The employees were rude and dismissive, and several seemed more interested in being on their phones than helping customers. It honestly felt like I was bothering them just by asking for assistance. Definitely not the level of service I expect from Nordstrom, especially in a department selling high-end fragrances. Management really needs to take a look at who was working this afternoon.

- SMSimone MichelleSep 15, 20265.0I had a wonderful experience at Nordstrom (International Plaza) today, specifically in the Beauty/Makeup department, thanks to ORIANA C. I wanted to purchase a Dior foundation, but there was no sales associate available at the Dior counter. Oriana stepped in right away with an amazing, attentive attitude. She helped me shade-match, tested the Dior Forever foundation directly on my skin, and when my shade wasn’t in the display drawers, she went to the back stock to get it for me. To be honest, not every associate here provides this level of care. I’ve had past visits where staff didn't seem interested in helping, and I ended up walking away without buying anything. Oriana completely turned that around. She is exceptional, proactive, and a true model of outstanding customer service. Nordstrom is lucky to have her!
