My original plan was to spend about $1,000 on shoes that day (I have a medical issue with my feet). Don't go to this Nordstrom if you don't look cool.

- TSTina SalvatoJun 9, 20265.0I recently purchased a pair of Christian Louboutin heals from Nordstrom shoe department at the international mall on Saturday June 6. I wore the shoes to Bern’s that night. As I walked up the stairs at the restaurant, the strap of the shoe broke. I was completely devastated. I returned to the store the next morning as soon as it opened and fortunately the store manager, Josuan Lopez, who was absolutely amazing. He was going to exchange the shoes right there on the spot. Unfortunately, there were none in stock in my size. He assured me that he would take care of me and would order a new pair and have them delivered to my house in around 2 weeks. He took the broken shoes and I will get my new pair soon. I am so impressed with Josuan and Nordstrom as an organization. I will absolutely be back for my next pair. Thank You so much.
