    First class, very professional experience buying our watch at Mayors. Ana Cruz was our salesperson and couldn’t have any more nice, personable and made us feel at ease. She is a true professional and I recommend working with her. Not only is she very knowledgeable about the current watches, but she knows her Rolex history as well. I strongly recommend working with her if you get the chance. Already looking forward to our next watch!

    Jan at Mayors in International Plaza was fantastic to work with. As someone looking into my first Rolex, she made the entire experience welcoming and informative instead of intimidating. She took the time to walk me through the Rolex area, explain different models and history, and genuinely made the visit memorable. You can tell she’s passionate about watches and customer experience. Really appreciated all the time and help she gave me.

    I had an amazing experience at Rolex thanks to Mary, one of the the sales representatives. Before walking in, I was honestly nervous because I don’t have any purchase history and was worried I wouldn’t be taken seriously. But from the moment I met Mary, all of those concerns disappeared. She treated me with genuine kindness, patience, and compassion, and made me feel completely welcomed and respected. She helped me register my interest for the black and blue GMT-Master II, my absolute dream watch, and made the entire experience feel incredibly special. What stood out most was how sincere and attentive she was. She really took the time to hear me out, not just about watches, but about life as well. I shared with her that my neurosurgery went well, and that one of my biggest motivations during recovery has been the dream of someday buying my dream watch once I am fully recovered. She seemed genuinely happy for me and truly interested in my well-being, which meant a lot. Mary shared in my excitement and made me feel encouraged and hopeful about reaching that goal. Instead of making the interaction feel transactional, she made it personal and meaningful. Her enthusiasm while registering me for the GMT-Master II made the experience unforgettable Luxury experiences are about more than just the product, and Mary truly represents that. Her professionalism, warmth, and empathy made this one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Thank you again, Mary.     I purchased a new Rolex Submariner, and two years in, still under warranty, it had an issue, so I went to Mayors and sent it for service. After waiting eight weeks, it came back “fixed.” Great, right? Not quite. A month later, another problem appeared—while one issue got fixed, fixing it resulted in another issue—the quick date change now broken. Frustrated, I called Mayors, explained my frustration, and spoke to a Sales Rep named Jake, whose first reaction was to laugh it off: “Ha ha, Oh, no problem we’ll just send it back again.” That’s easy for Jake—but not for me, driving back, waiting another two or three months, and hoping the next fix doesn’t break something else. For a $10,000+ watch, that’s just unacceptable. While expressing my dissatisfaction to Jake, the line “dropped.” I immediately called back, only to be told Jake was busy with another customer. Really… old trick Jake… After waiting a bit I finally spoke with service, who helped me. This review is not about my Rolex not being fixed, this review is about Jake. When a customer is upset, the last thing you do is hang up (or let them feel hung up on) and jump to another customer. It’s the definition of bad service. I get it—watches can have issues. But the real issue was how I, as a customer, was handled.
