  My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Brittany Florio at Mayors in International Plaza. We purchased a beautiful Rolex Datejust with the Wimbledon dial, and Brittany made the entire experience special. She was professional, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. She took the time to answer all of our questions and responded promptly to our follow-up emails. We truly appreciated her personal attention throughout the process. If you don’t already have a sales associate at Mayors, we highly recommend asking for Brittany. I’d also suggest scheduling an appointment before your visit.   I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Mayors at International Plaza! After being on the waitlist for 2–3 years for my dream Rolex, I finally got the call, and the entire pickup experience was absolutely worth the wait. Brittany was incredible to work with from day one. She kept me updated, made the final purchase seamless, and treated us with the utmost professionalism and care. Over the past couple of years, Nick has helped us with nearly every meaningful purchase we've made there, from watches for me to several beautiful pieces of jewelry for my wife. Most recently, he helped us mark a real milestone: my wife's first luxury timepiece. Picking it up with Nick was an experience we'll always remember. What sets Nick apart is that he treats you like a long-term client, not a transaction. He takes the time to understand what you like, he's honest about what's realistic, and he follows through on everything he says he'll do. He's patient, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what he does, and you never feel pressured. The store itself matches that standard. Mayors is elegant and welcoming, the selection is outstanding, and every visit feels relaxed and personal. It's the kind of place where you're greeted warmly whether you're making a big purchase or just stopping in to browse. If you're shopping for something special, visit Mayors and ask for Nick by name.
