  I’ve been a Mayors customer for several years and have always had a great experience working with Nick. He has helped me acquire Rolex pieces I really wanted and has always been knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. I’ve gotten to know him over the years and really value the relationship we’ve built. I highly recommend asking for Nick if you’re visiting Mayors Tampa.

  First and foremost, waiting for a Rolex can sometimes be a frustrating experience, particularly when the process is/can be lengthy and uncertain. However, Nick S. has been exceptional throughout my entire journey and has truly made the experience a positive one. Nick has an outstanding ability to make the waiting process feel far less like simply waiting and much more like being part of an exciting journey. He has always been welcoming, personable, and genuinely enthusiastic about watches. Whether taking the time to talk about different models, answer questions, or proudly share the exhibition pieces, he consistently does so with a friendly smile, patience, and genuine enthusiasm. I recently viewed some of the new 2026 models, for example. This location has a beautiful store and incredible separate Rolex store that is worth the trip alone!! Nick has also made me feel genuinely valued as a customer and, equally important, respected as a person. When inventory is limited and there may not be an immediate sale to make, it can be easy for a customer to feel overlooked or dismissed. My experience with Nick has been quite the opposite. He has remained consistently engaging, welcoming, and enthusiastic, always willing to take the time to talk watches and make each visit feel worthwhile. That level of personal attention and genuine interest has made a significant impression on me. I have a very special watch requested (along with a few other more "regular" watches) on a request list, and Nick has kept the dream alive without making me feel like I'm not deserving or unworthy. That alone is priceless and Mayors will continue to get my and my family's business as long as we live in Tampa Bay (over 30+ years so far). If you are looking for jewelry or a watch, I highly recommend Mayors!

  Mahdi at Mayors/International Mall Tampa is the best! He is very kind and professional. He and the rest of the staff always make us feel welcome and valued as customers. My husband and I appreciate the high level of customer service, whether it be a warranty repair or new watch purchase. Great group! Shout out to Sammy, Nick and Brian too.   We have now purchased two Rolex Certified Pre-Owned watches from Mayors, and both experiences have been exceptional thanks to Jake. Jake is everything you hope for in a luxury sales professional. He’s knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and genuinely kind. He never made us feel pressured and always took the time to answer our questions thoroughly. Throughout both purchases, his communication was excellent, and we always felt confident that he had our best interests in mind. For our most recent purchase, Jake went above and beyond in a truly remarkable way. He spent a great deal of time and effort sourcing a very special, highly unique masterpiece Rolex as a gift for my 25th wedding anniversary.   I had an outstanding experience working with Sammy. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about watches. Even though I’m younger, he treated me with the same level of respect and professionalism as any other customer. He took the time to answer all of my questions, let me see my dream watch, and made the entire experience memorable. It’s rare to find someone who combines product knowledge with such great customer service. If you’re visiting this Rolex authorized dealer, I highly recommend asking for Sammy.
