- EOEd OppermanSep 12, 20261.0Rude for no reason. I was bought a pair of pants as a gift but they're defective. They're my size and look fine when I try them on but when I sit the legs hike up past my calves. I wore them once and looked like a clown. My assistant used to work there and told me I should go back and they would take care of it but NO WAY. The way this woman treated me you'd think I walked in and took a dump on the floor. Just rude , obnoxious and condescending for no reason just because I started to describe the problem. Her only solution was I could buy a new pair. Its not a big deal to buy a defective product and just get told too bad but there's NO REASON for one human being to be so rude and nasty to another. It was just pair of pants sitting in a drawer now its a story about a nasty place every time I walk past there.

- MZMarcela ZapataJul 5, 20262.0My experience was good until I had the rudest cashier. Overall, she was VERY rude over a misunderstanding that was on our part, but instead of keeping a positive attitude she was rude about the whole interaction. Personally, i’m gonna continue shopping online than feeling uncomfortable by this cashier. 😊
