- SDSteven Donaldson3 days ago5.0I can appreciate the fact that the retail landscape has drastically changed and cut corners and now everything is a TJ Maxx format customer services done almost self check out,I’m good with all that but just don’t ask me to donate to the JCPenney‘s foundation after a 10 minute wheel chair ride to get to the counter so Penney’s can broadcast their philanthropy. It just gets old

I was told today because I’m not a cc holder I’m somehow not as equal, they misprinted an entire rack of clothes and wouldn’t honor the price.. we are talking $5.00 per shirt, I bought 4… the supervisor with red, white and blue wig was more interested in her costume then her Customers. I spend thousand of dollars a year at Pennys.. pull it up using my phone number. I’ll be going elsewhere. I welcome a conversation with a store manager. I was there during your lights out fiasco, and was loyal enough to come back today, for what? To be treated poorly by your employees.

- MMMichael MillsMay 19, 20261.0Buyer beware! JCPenneys defective JEWELRY POLICY is to NOT allow for returns or refunds. I purchased a gold chain for my daughter's graduation. While taking the tags off, before I wrapped it, one of the links came loose. It had never been worn. But JCPenney would not allow me to return it. Bottom line, according to their policy, they would prefer to take $200 from a JCPenney credit card holder, at the risk of knowing that it would be the last purchase I ever make from them. Buyer beware! With jcpenney, the customer is last!
