She was very helpful in helping me with the poses etc. Connie helped me select the final photographs that I will use for my business. She was very customer service oriented and explained how the final process worked. She is an asset to J.C. Penny's Photography Department. If your in need of photographs I highly recommend her services.

I was told today because I’m not a cc holder I’m somehow not as equal, they misprinted an entire rack of clothes and wouldn’t honor the price.. we are talking $5.00 per shirt, I bought 4… the supervisor with red, white and blue wig was more interested in her costume then her Customers. I spend thousand of dollars a year at Pennys.. pull it up using my phone number. I’ll be going elsewhere. I welcome a conversation with a store manager. I was there during your lights out fiasco, and was loyal enough to come back today, for what? To be treated poorly by your employees.
