  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Sharon from bedding!!! My boyfriend and I have been talking about a new mattress for a little while. We went to the store on a hoodie hunt and ended up with the best customer experience I've ever had!! Sharon is amazing and she deserves a raise! I have nothing but positive things to say about the JcPenny staff and Sharon and her team. You've made life long customers with one exceptional experience. Thank you Sharon and JcPenny staff! This mattress is amazing!

  I bought makeup at a JCPenney store out of state. The following week I tried to return it at my local JCPenney because the color/product did not suit my skin. They said they would not accept the return because it was purchased at a different JCPenney & had been opened. They suggested trying another location to see if they would take it. I’m not going to drive around to different JCPenney stores just to see which one might accept my return, so I called JCPenney customer service for help. Their response was that online customer service is separate from the physical stores, so they could not tell me which location would accept it. What makes this even more frustrating is JCPenney’s own website specifically says the JCPenney Beauty return policy mirrors the regular JCPenney return policy, which says returns with a receipt can generally be made within 60 days at any JCPenney store. Their listed Beauty exceptions specifically mention things like opened sheet masks/eye patches & false eyelashes, but regular opened makeup is not listed as an exception. So what is the point of buying from JCPenney if you guys are not “one” store & I can’t return a JCPenney product because it wasn’t purchased at the “correct” JCPenney location? You might as well all be separate stores at that rate. For JCPenney customer service itself to basically give me an “I don’t know” answer was terrible. After this experience, I will never ever ever purchase from JCPenney again.

  I made an appointment for business headshots with the photography section. Upon my arrival I met with Connie, a very professional photographer. She was very helpful in helping me with the poses etc. Connie helped me select the final photographs that I will use for my business. She was very customer service oriented and explained how the final process worked. She is an asset to J.C. Penny's Photography Department. If your in need of photographs I highly recommend her services.
