- JTJulie TMay 26, 20261.0I’ve never taken the time to write a review but the customer service in this store is awful. I ordered a jacket and elected to pick it up at the store. I went in, they let me know they hadn’t fulfilled the order yet so I grabbed one off the floor and tried it on. I ultimately decided to go with a different size than my original order. I was told by Cece the store manager that she would cancel my original order and I would be refunded in 5 to 7 days. When I asked why she couldn’t just exchange what I had already purchased for the other size, she became hostile and said it was too late she already processed the cancellation. When I asked for a receipt showing that the order had been cancelled and a refund would be issued she was nasty, told me I would need to contact customer service, dismissed me, and walked away. Good thing I contacted customer service because she never canceled the original order. I was charged twice for 1 jacket. Cece you need a vacation or another career.
