From the initial phone call to the very last second I was around these good people, I was treated with great respect. Amazing customer service, perfect tent, everything was very detail oriented and clean just like we asked. Our relatives were impressed and we will definitely be renting from them again. I will be recommending all of my friends to chose this party rental.

- SMSophia MonzónJul 1, 20261.0I had some issues arise for my wedding that I traveled 13 hours for in the Tampa Bay area, and I had to start searching last minute for tent rentals. I contacted this company in hopes of finding availability, but I was met with a man who scoffed and told me “Better late than never right?”. He informed me of all the pricing and I told him I will call back once I weigh my options, and he concluded the call with something along the lines of, “You need to call back soon because its pretty soon” with a horrible tone of voice. This poor customer service will make me sure to recommend other tent rentals first. I’m stressed as is and I didn’t need this interaction to occur. Very sad.
