  I genuinely love gorjana jewelry and have been wearing their pieces for years. I have gold-plated earrings and a bracelet that have held up incredibly well with little to no tarnishing, even with frequent wear. That quality is actually why I came back recently and purchased a new hand chain and red heart bracelet. My disappointment is with the lack of clarity surrounding the warranty. When I purchased my older fashion pieces, I was told they were covered by a lifetime guarantee for issues such as tarnishing, broken clasps, or stones falling out. I recently brought in earrings that are still in great condition overall but have lost small stones, and was told the lifetime guarantee now only applies to fine jewelry. When I asked what the current warranty is for the new fashion pieces I was purchasing, I couldn’t get a clear answer other than that replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the condition and how long you’ve owned the item. For jewelry at this price point, I think customers should have clear expectations at the time of purchase about exactly what is and isn’t covered. I also left without being able to resolve my older earrings and was told I would need to contact customer service, send photos, and wait to see whether they qualify. I understand policies can change, but purchases made under a previous guarantee should ideally still be honored. I really do love the jewelry and its quality, which is why I continue shopping here. I just wish the warranty policy and in-store customer service were much clearer, and I’m hoping a manager or customer care can help resolve this.

  I bought a bracelet yesterday and I can’t remember the girls name that helped me . But she had brown hair and she was so helpful and so kind . The rest of the staff in the store was also so kind.
