    I had a very disappointing experience at this Express store regarding a suit return. I purchased two suits from Express and one from Macy’s to compare the fit and color at home for an event. I only tried the suits on briefly indoors for a few minutes and never actually wore them outside. At the time of purchase, I specifically asked whether the invoice/receipt would be enough for a return, and I was told yes. However, when I came back to return the suits, the staff suddenly changed the policy explanation and said returns would not be accepted because the tags had been removed and it is there in store policy. What made the situation much worse was the behavior of the employees. While we were calmly trying to understand the policy, one employee named Jacob asked us to step out of the line so he could help other customers before even resolving our conversation and he even spoke to us in a sarcastic and disrespectful tone in front of other customers. Comments like “Yeah, I’m sure that happened” were clearly mocking and unprofessional. We also contacted Express online customer service during the situation, and they told us that removed tags alone should not automatically prevent a return, which made the in-store experience even more confusing. If there are strict in-store return conditions, customers should be clearly informed at the time of purchase. No customer deserves to be treated disrespectfully while simply trying to return the product they didn't like. Initially I wanted to keep 1 suit and return 1 but after this experience there is no way I am keeping these products anymore. I will return both the suits and never going to step into this store. I will also share my experience with my family and friends who are regular customers of Express. Very disappointed with the customer service and professionalism at this location. Please stop visiting this store especially in this location unless you want to be insulted and mocked by the staff people.

    The store is supposed to close at 9:00 PM. I didn’t like the attitude of the guy at the register. When I walked in at 8:25 PM, he quickly told me that the fitting rooms were already closed. He seemed rushed, there was no music, and the overall vibe was unpleasant. I didn’t buy anything because I couldn’t try anything on. It’s not fair that they close the fitting rooms early just because they want to leave sooner.

    Shout out to Kiara who was working the fitting rooms right before close today. I came to this store earlier in the week trying to find an outfit for my interview and the woman who was working there at the time was no assistance at all. For one, I was the only customer at the store at the time and needed help with sizing and was basically told to come back another day because that was all they had even though I had checked online and verified my size was available. This discouraged me so much I literally just left. Came back today and Kiara changed my entire mood. She really deserves a raise and I hope the company realizes what an asset she is. THANK YOU KIARA.
