  When order was delivered, I wasn't home. Made arrangements for delivery the next day. Delivered fruit and not the flowers. Called and associate said she brought them by and left the flowers outside. I didn't receive the flowers. This was a gift from my son stationed in the Philippines. He's usually had good results, but not this time. Alma L Thompson

  Ordered a very small package for my mother-in- law for mother's day, 6 dipped strawberries, a single cheesecake and a balloon. I payed nearly as much for the delivery and tip as I did for the pkg because I wanted it delivered the next day. The sight indicated delivery by 7p.m. i tracked the order all day i attempted to call the store twice as the tracking didn't even move to preparing order and I was concerned, the second call was around 6:20p.m.. Nobody answered either time. I was later informed by customer service call center that delivery could happen all the way up to 9p.m. Another call this morning went unanswered My mother-in-law waited up until 11p.m. She found it on the porch this morning, melted, covered in ants, nobody knocked so she didn't know when they finally delivered it. I saw i had an email confirming delivery at 9:47 p.m. I have used edible arrangements many times, but this experience has me so upset that I'm not sure i will ever use them again. My MIL has had an incredibly tough year, Her own mother passed away December 6th, and my husband, her only child, was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer on December 26th. This could very well be his last mother's day with her. I just wanted to do a little extra for her this year. I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received this time. D. Smith

  I was very please with the arrangement and the delivery. There was an error with the address but they did what they could to make sure the delivery was right. Thank you to the staff and the delivery person.

  I had a complaint over an order in Washington this morning that was solved by a completely different store in Florida by this afternoon. I have always had confidence that Edible Arrangements would deliver a beautiful gift but my Washington order was not delivered correctly. Chris, in Tampa, saw my problem and contacted me to help. (I had had another arrangement delivered to a relative in Tampa that was delivered perfectly) Chris jumped in and by 4:00, another arrangement was perfectly delivered to my daughter in Washington. THAT is customer service going above and beyond!!!! Thank you for such great service!!!!!
