- CJChristine Jimenez3 days ago1.0My experience has been terrible - I contacted Edible Arrangements on October 2nd requesting to speak with someone regarding the phone call interaction I had with one of the employees located at the Tampa location, where I was cussed at multiple times, yelled at, called out my name, and hung up all because I was calling to request an update on my order. This was my first time placing an order out of state and was very nervous that something would go wrong.. I’ve sent multiple follow up emails and have received no response. This was my first and last time I ever place an order, for any location, with this company. My recommendation for anyone looking to place an order, would be to find a different to company to do business with.

Then when my husband received it, one balloon was popped and the balloon bouquet consisted of three latex balloons.

After 3 hrs the order still wasn’t delivered. Heck they didn’t even put it together. On top of that no one even bothered to notify me that the order hasn’t even been started. Horrible customer service. Horrible communication if I hadn’t called then no one would have even bothered to try to say anything. Then when you try to cancel it they say they will do there best. Absolutely the worse experience to start my 10 yr wedding anniversary weekend. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE
