  This has been my spot since day one place is always neat and organized I always find what I’m looking for and the Manager Dennis always takes care of me and makes sure that I have all I need and he always makes the best recommendations..

  I have had trouble shopping in the past due to my weight, and honestly hate clothes shopping in general. Denny made the process extremely easy, stress free, and I left feeling great. He went out of his way to help me find what I needed and provided guidance in a lot of areas that I know nothing about. I will be doing a lot of my shopping here from now on thanks to him. Hes the best. The clothes are all very accommodating and made me feel good.

  Went there for a suit for my daughter's upcoming wedding. The experience was pleasant. The salesman/guide was helpful but made one major mistake - he boxed up and sold us the ill-fitting shirt instead of the correct one. I will have to travel south to Tampa (60 miles) to exchange it on another one of my very precious days off. Other than that, all good.

  Memories came alive today at DXL! My sons may be grown, but they still have bdays. I used to LOVE shopping for them at Casual Male XL Citrus Park. My youngest came to visit from Raleigh a week ago and, in helping him with his laundry, I saw everything he wore was Harbor Bay. I HAD to look it up and discovered they were sold by DXL....the same company as purchases of the past. I jumped at buying him a gift card for his upcoming birthday knowing how he felt about the Harbor Bay line. I called the store at Citrus Park and Joe Puglia answered the phone. He could tell how excited Mama was with her find and that he had one "Happy Birthday" gift card left and he would hold it for me. I flew down there...no, didn't speed...and was so impressed by what I saw when I walked in....the same inviting atmosphere as in the past and Joe waiting for me with a big smile and my card. We had a terrific mini-visit, he got a kick out of my memories of the store. Joe, thank you for making my day with your professionalism. It is obvious that you enjoy your job and take great care of your customers. YOU ROCK!!

  There is a woman Shannon there who I believe is a manager.She's a wonderful person.She's so helpful.She has brief conversations with the customers makes everybody feel at home.
