- MMMSAug 1, 20261.0So… David Yurman men’s bracelets STRETCH over time, yes even the metal ones, and they become loose. Sadly, it’s a known problem. Maybe if they told me that when I was buying it I could have sized down? But now I’m left with an ONE YEAR old bracelet that practically falls off my wrist… I called customer support and they admit it’s a manufacturing defect, yet they don’t provide a solution. I went to the Tampa store where I purchased it and the solution was to send it in for repair…. um…. where they quoted me just about the SAME price as the bracelet itself costs brand new. The store manager in Tampa took zero responsibility for the issue. But they were happy to show me more products I could purchase 😂. It’s upsetting because they make nice men’s jewelry. I was hoping the quality would be better or at least the customer experience.
