  Jewelry is so cheap and tarnished so fast. Return policy is also awful. Would not recommend.

  So… David Yurman men’s bracelets STRETCH over time, yes even the metal ones, and they become loose. Sadly, it’s a known problem. Maybe if they told me that when I was buying it I could have sized down? But now I’m left with an ONE YEAR old bracelet that practically falls off my wrist… I called customer support and they admit it’s a manufacturing defect, yet they don’t provide a solution. I went to the Tampa store where I purchased it and the solution was to send it in for repair…. um…. where they quoted me just about the SAME price as the bracelet itself costs brand new. The store manager in Tampa took zero responsibility for the issue. But they were happy to show me more products I could purchase 😂. It’s upsetting because they make nice men’s jewelry. I was hoping the quality would be better or at least the customer experience.

  Was recommended to shop for a gift by a close friend and initially, the buying experience was superb. Unfortunately, the sales woman became un-truthful and the resizing cost. Indicated that she would provide the service free of charge. A couple of weeks later, I received an invoice to pay for the repairs. I called and spoke to the same sales person and she indicated that the ticket came back with a price. No apology, didn't act as if she was going to override it or anything. I then decided to take a look at previous reviews and found some of the same issues I'd experienced including: lack of response as I attempted to email management along with other complaints that I care not to get into. Long story short, I cannot in good conscience, recommend doing business with this company. Expected much more attention to the expressed concerns than what I received considering the cost of most of the products they produce. This company is considered a luxury brand and felt more like an entry level type of retailer. Being lied to in order to make a sale along with failure from anyone to make it right, speaks volumes.

  I’ve always had good experiences at David Yurman, but Jerri went above and beyond. I came in for a size exchange, and even though she didn’t make a commission, she was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive. Genuine customer service like that is hard to find now days. I’ll definitely be coming back and making future purchases with Jerri!
