  Taylor was so great and helped me find my first pair of loubs and I’m so happy! I was very confused on size and she knew exactly what I needed and taught me some knowledge on how you can tell you have the correct fit for heels. Tysm!

  I’ve shopped at Christian Louboutin a few times, but none of the boutiques I’ve visited have come close to the experience I had at the Tampa location. I’m 23 and I don’t usually dress up when I go shopping. At other Louboutin stores, I’ve often felt brushed off or rushed, which can make the experience a little intimidating. This visit was completely different. I came in looking for a nice pair of white shoes but wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted. I was shopping alone, and both of the associates went above and beyond to help me. They gave me honest advice on which styles looked best on me and which would be the easiest to style with different outfits. It genuinely felt like such a girls’ girl moment, and I appreciated it so much. A special thank you to the lovely Jamaican associate and the newer employee who made my visit so enjoyable. Their kindness, patience, and genuine excitement made all the difference. I ended up leaving with the cutest pair of red bottoms and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thank you both for making luxury shopping feel welcoming and fun. I’ll definitely be coming back to this boutique for my future Louboutin purchases!

  I had a horrible experience at this CL boutique in Nordstrom. I bought a pair of shoes after trying them in the store for over 45 minutes, making sure to walk everywhere and assess the comfort level. As I checked out, I asked Carlos, the rep who was helping me (he was truly wonderful) about the return policy since I was indecisive about the shoes. He explained that I can take them home and walk around the house as long as it was a protected surface such as carpet. Lo and behold, I did just that and decided the shoes were just too painful so I went back to return the next day. The shoes were intact, from the sticker at the bottom to how they were packaged since I did not even wear them. The boutique manager Alexis refused the return and stated that even though the shoes were in pristine condition, the sticker on the bottom was a bit indented and she could not resell them. I told her of course the sticker was a bit indented, I walked over and over with the shoes around the store when trying them. She didn’t budge and I simply had to take no for an answer to brand new unworn shoes that cost $950 but that I am unable to wear due to discomfort. They have lost a customer and I will never shop in this boutique again.

  Carlos is very helpful. He makes every effort to find particular CL shoes for me. Both he and Sahara are a pleasure and make me feel valued.
