  I’ve shopped at Christian Louboutin a few times, but none of the boutiques I’ve visited have come close to the experience I had at the Tampa location. I’m 23 and I don’t usually dress up when I go shopping. At other Louboutin stores, I’ve often felt brushed off or rushed, which can make the experience a little intimidating. This visit was completely different. I came in looking for a nice pair of white shoes but wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted. I was shopping alone, and both of the associates went above and beyond to help me. They gave me honest advice on which styles looked best on me and which would be the easiest to style with different outfits. It genuinely felt like such a girls’ girl moment, and I appreciated it so much. A special thank you to the lovely Jamaican associate and the newer employee who made my visit so enjoyable. Their kindness, patience, and genuine excitement made all the difference. I ended up leaving with the cutest pair of red bottoms and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thank you both for making luxury shopping feel welcoming and fun. I’ll definitely be coming back to this boutique for my future Louboutin purchases!

  Worst customer service in the history of customer service!!!! The manager wouldn’t assist me with an exchange and she told me the customer service representative that I talked with over the phone is “probably new and doesn’t know the policy” because they directed me to this boutique. DO NOT SHOP HERE I promise you will regret it. Do yourself a favor and go to Neiman Marcus in the same mall.

  I always used to buy my Christian Louboutin shoes at Nima Marcus and never had a problem I bought a pair a few weeks ago, and since I never wear them, I came back to return or switched to another pair and the manager of Nordstrom Butique refused to exchange it. She was very rude and disrespectful, she told me that they were damage, which I don’t understand because I never took it out of the box To begin with, they sell me a pair of shoes that were on display and she basically called me a liar when I told her that they sell those shoes like that I request a copy of the video because I will pursue my legal options in this situation, At the meantime, I advise Everyone do not buy from these boutique!! here’s a picture so you can see that shoes are in perfect condition

  I love Louboutin, so I was excited when a store finally opened this past year in my area! While its on the smaller side as it's located in Nordstrom, they do seem to receive the new styles rather frequently! The customer service has always been A+ in the times I've purchased here. Each employee is friendly, and I've enjoyed chatting with them whenever I stop in. They all really seem to care and appreciate both the brand and the customer. It's definitely nice to interact with people that love where they work (heck I know I'd love to work there too)! Highly, highly recommend. I can only hope they open a full size store soon ;)
