- SSShanta SmithJul 16, 20261.0The The store supposed to close at 9 PM and they had the doors locked at 8:40 PM and they told people they were closing in 10 minutes when we really had 20 minutes and then a lady was like what time do you guys close cause it’s only 845 as I was leaving and the guy who was talking to her didn’t speak very good English and she was upset because she couldn’t get in the store and I think that’s wrong if you guys close at 9 PM you should let people in before especially 15 minutes before you close. I’ve worked in retail for 30 years and I’ve never been allowed to close the store and lock the doors and not let anybody in until it was the time we close. I hope someone says something to the people that were working there tonight on July 16, 2026
