  What can I say. This place has what you want and need. The staff is Great! Wayne helped me picking out and getting the right trolling motor, battery and everything else I needed. So a Big Thank You to Wayne. Great customer service, knowledge and patience! Made it a great experience. The Minn Kota Riptide Powerdrive with spot lock and wireless remote with screen was exactly what I needed . Thank you again! Give that man a raise or promotion! Exact example of what great customer service is all about!

  Wie immer ein „must Stopp“ und schon fast „Kultstatus“ - auch in Deutschland immer bekannter. Ich komme seit >15 Jahren regelmäßig in die Shops und Preis / Leistung sind ungeschlagen - vor allem auch die Eigenmarken können sich sehr gut sehen lassen.

  I recently visited Bass Pro Shops in Brandon looking for some help in the fishing department, and I want to specifically recognize Enrique for providing outstanding customer service. I’m very new to fishing and recently decided to get into freshwater fishing with my son. Because I’m a beginner, I came in knowing that I would need some very basic, “rookie-level” guidance—what tackle I should have, what bait to use, what equipment I might be missing, and generally how to get started without overcomplicating things. When I approached the fishing sales counter, there were approximately five employees gathered in the area. I explained that I was a beginner and was looking for some assistance and recommendations. Unfortunately, the initial response was pretty disappointing. Most of the employees just looked at me as though they didn’t know what to say or didn’t want to get involved. Several of them appeared to be engaged in conversations unrelated to work, and despite it being obvious that I was standing there looking for help, nobody took the initiative to assist me. Except Enrique. Enrique was the one person who stepped forward and actually took the time to help. He didn’t make me feel uncomfortable for being inexperienced, and he didn’t act like my questions were too basic. Instead, he walked me through the fundamentals of freshwater fishing, showed me around the department, explained different options, and helped me understand what I would actually need to get started fishing with my son. Because of Enrique’s assistance, I ended up purchasing a tackle box, bait, and other items that I probably wouldn’t have even known I needed had he not taken the time to explain everything to me. More importantly, he gave me enough information and confidence to feel like I could actually get started instead of walking out of the store more confused than when I came in. I’m writing this review because I want management to make sure Enrique receives the recognition he deserves. Out of roughly five employees in that area, he was the only person who took the initiative to help a customer who clearly needed assistance. That says a lot. As someone getting into fishing specifically so I can enjoy it with my son, I genuinely appreciated Enrique taking the time to educate me instead of simply pointing me toward an aisle or trying to rush through the interaction. His patience, knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help turned what started as a frustrating experience into a positive one. Bass Pro Shops: Enrique is an asset to your fishing department. Please make sure he gets the credit and recognition he deserves. He represented your store extremely well and is the reason I left that day feeling good about my purchase and prepared to start fishing with my son. Thank you, Enrique. Your help was sincerely appreciated.

  My husband and I came here to buy hiking shoes about an hour before closing. Francesca and Luis were really helpful. While I didn’t find a shoe that worked for me and my foot issues, Francesca really helped me hone in on what I was looking for and never acted annoyed when none of them worked. Luis helped my husband find shoes that worked very well for him. Everyone that we encountered was pleasant.

  If you are an outdoorsman or have a great admiration for outdoor sports, this is the place to go. I have been wanting to go here for quite a while, but it is 2 hours from my house, but I finally had the chance to, and boy was I glad I did. They have you covered with apparel, sporting goods, fishing, hunting, pew pewing, quads, boats, UTV, or even if you want to take in the awesome decor. You could spend hours in this place and still not see every department or section they have available to you. You will not be disappointed for going, but your wallet will be lighter. Prices are decent and better than I thought they would be, if I am being honest. If they dont have it in stock, you can get it online and shipped to you or the store, depending on what it is. Whole family experience or just a solo day of adventure. Definitely should stop by and take it all in.
