- KCKylee ComartosSep 25, 20265.0I started going to a spot in Miami that has a very strict dress code and I started shopping at Windsor a couple of months ago and I’v never had an issue with customer service or anything of that nature but I just wanted to shout out Tara who has just been an absolute light in my life every time I go to Windsor, she helps me with every and anything that I need- and I promise you anytime I need something it’s tedious and probably frustrating, but she’s always there with a smile and never has a complaint.. just such an angel and has made me love coming to Windsor. I don’t think I would shop at another store if I had the opportunity just because of how great she has been to me. If you were thinking of going to Windsor in Sawgrass Mall, I hope that Tara is working that day!!

- NTNorma TejadaJul 28, 20265.0Mikaylah provided exceptional customer service! I’m usually terrible at shopping because I’m not good at putting outfits together, but she made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. She picked out three different outfits for my friend’s birthday dinner and even showed me shoes that matched each one perfectly. I trusted her recommendations, and I’m so glad I did because everything came together beautifully! I absolutely love the outfit I chose and my new shoes. I honestly haven’t experienced customer service this amazing in a long time. It’s so refreshing to see a store with employees who genuinely care about helping their customers. Thank you, Mikaylah, for making my shopping experience such a great one! -Norma
