  Mikaylah provided exceptional customer service! I’m usually terrible at shopping because I’m not good at putting outfits together, but she made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. She picked out three different outfits for my friend’s birthday dinner and even showed me shoes that matched each one perfectly. I trusted her recommendations, and I’m so glad I did because everything came together beautifully! I absolutely love the outfit I chose and my new shoes. I honestly haven’t experienced customer service this amazing in a long time. It’s so refreshing to see a store with employees who genuinely care about helping their customers.   Tara was nice but the large woman in the maroon dress today was extremely rude. i told them it was my birthday and she says “oh wow you look older than me and im almost 30”. we can tell i promise.

  Tara is amazing! She remembered me from a few months back when I came in & she’s still the absolute best🥹 I already love Windsor but she adds more of a reason I must walk in !!

  I had such an amazing experience at Windsor, and I have to give a special thanks to the manager, Tessa! She went above and beyond to make my shopping experience unforgettable. From the moment I walked in, Tessa was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. She has such a warm personality and made me feel comfortable there. She was also incredibly sweet to my mom and little sister, making all of us feel so welcome. My little sister absolutely loved the experience and left the store so happy, which made it even more special for our family. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about her customers the way Tessa does. Her professionalism, patience, and positive attitude completely stood out. You can tell she takes pride in her work and leads by example. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever met anyone as genuinely sweet and caring as she is. If every retail experience were like this, shopping would always be a pleasure! Thank you, Tessa, for your exceptional customer service and for making our day. Windsor is lucky to have such an amazing manager. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the wonderful experience you created!
