  I had an unacceptable experience at the Van’s store inside Sawgrass Mills. I had just been released from the hospital for serious breathing problems, and while walking through the mall I began struggling to breathe again. I stepped into the store and sat on the edge of the window display, completely out of the way, just trying to catch my breath long enough to use my emergency rescue inhaler. A tall, dark‑haired employee with curly hair immediately told me I could not sit there — no compassion, no concern, no “Are you okay?” Nothing. This happened around 4:40 PM, and it was clear I was in distress. Instead of showing basic human decency, he chose to tell me I could not sit there. I stepped out of the store, used my inhaler, and went to the next store over. The woman there immediately noticed I was out of breath and offered me a seat without hesitation. The contrast in kindness was unbelievable. I will never shop at this Van’s location again. Your staff needs serious training in compassion, awareness, and basic customer care. When someone is clearly struggling to breathe, the correct response is to check on them, tell them they can not sit there. We were in no one’s way — we had already moved to the side. This store showed me exactly how little they value their customers’ well‑being.

A pesar de que los precios son únicos y hasta había ese día un 70% en la 2da unidad ( increíble ) si no fuese por “ Chino “ venderían la mitad
