  I don’t normally leave reviews, but Erika absolutely earned one. From the moment she helped me, it was clear that her priority wasn’t simply making a sale—it was making sure I left with the right solution. I came in with an issue involving my meta ai glasses, and Erika took the time to listen, explain my options, and genuinely help me instead of trying to upsell me. Her professionalism, honesty, patience, and product knowledge were exceptional. She made the entire experience easy and stress-free, and I left feeling like she truly cared about helping me rather than just meeting a sales goal. Customer service like Erika’s is hard to find these days. She’s a tremendous asset to Sunglass Hut, and because of the way she treated me, I’ll gladly return and recommend this store to friends and family. Thank you, Erika, for going above and beyond!
