  I am an excellent customer and now a senior person. Cooperate owns TUMI and I was grossly disrespected at their Boca Raton location.cooperate of both companies could care less no time for old folks. EC

  We are very pleased with our new Outline Pro Midnight Blue luggage we purchased for a family trip to Italy. We purchased carry ons, medium and larger spinners. The luggage is lightweight and the hardshell makes it very durable. Maneuverability is excellent with the eight dual-spinner wheels. Smooth rolling experience. Handle is a multi stop pull handle that makes it easy to maneuver as well. Very nice for travel with the expandability of an additional 1.5 inches of extra space. TSA approved combination locks are are nice feature too.

  I was the only customer in the store and had to ask three times for someone to assist me and answer my questions. The older salesperson stood leaning against the counter with his arms crossed and rolled his eyes when I asked if there was an additional discount for buying four items. The salesperson behind the counter, wearing AirPods, didn’t even look at me when I asked if she could help. I don’t think I’ve ever received such poor service in my entire life.

  I spoke to the manger about a warranty concern and he could not have cared less. The warranty here is not real. Bags break from one trip. Do not buy here.
