  I had a very disappointing experience at the Movado store at Sawgrass Mills. I entered the store at approximately 8:40 PM, well before closing time. I spent some time choosing the watch I wanted because it was an important purchase. By the time it was around 9:00 PM, while another sales associate was helping me, a Colombian employee repeatedly rushed both the associate and me because she was eager to close the store. I overheard that the store owner would be visiting the next day to inspect the store, and it seemed that preparing for that was more important than providing good customer service. Instead of feeling welcomed as a customer who was ready to make a purchase, I felt like we were being rushed out of the store. I find this very unprofessional and disrespectful. Customers who enter before closing should receive the same level of service as anyone else. Unfortunately, because of the poor customer service, I decided not to purchase the watch. This was a terrible experience, and I hope the store improves its customer service in the future. Tuve una experiencia muy decepcionante en la tienda Movado de Sawgrass Mills. Entré a la tienda aproximadamente a las 8:40 p. m., mucho antes de la hora de cierre. Me tomé mi tiempo para escoger el reloj porque era una compra importante para mí. Cuando ya eran alrededor de las 9:00 p. m., mientras otra asesora me estaba atendiendo, una empleada colombiana comenzó a apresurar tanto a la vendedora como a mí porque quería cerrar la tienda cuanto antes. Escuché que el dueño de la tienda iba a visitarla al día siguiente para supervisarla, y parecía que eso era más importante que brindar un buen servicio al cliente. En lugar de sentirme bien atendido como un cliente dispuesto a comprar, sentí que prácticamente nos estaban sacando de la tienda. Me pareció una actitud muy poco profesional y de muy mala educación. Si un cliente entra antes de la hora de cierre, merece recibir la misma atención que cualquier otro. Lamentablemente, debido al mal servicio recibido, decidí no comprar el reloj. Fue una experiencia fatal y espero que mejoren la atención al cliente en el futuro.

  I had a great experience at this store! Amber helped me find a bangle watch that I absolutely love, but it was only available in rose gold. Since I typically wear yellow gold jewelry, she contacted other stores and later called me to let me know that the gold version was available at another location and put it on hold for me. Thanks to her, I ended up with the perfect version of my new watch. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a new watch!

  “They’re number one when it comes to selling, but when you need help, their customer service is terrible. They completely abandoned us, as if we didn’t matter at all. Very disappointing experience after the purchase.” “If I could give them just zero star, I would.”
