I was asking simple questions about the products, but the manager, Rita, was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, she spoke in a disrespectful manner and was not willing to properly assist me. I felt unwelcome as a customer. I do not think this kind of behavior is suitable for a store manager. I hope management reviews this experience and improves customer service.
