  I shopped at your store today. There was a long line at checkout, so while I was waiting, I had plenty of time to observe how the four cashiers were serving customers. I noticed that they were placing each item a customer purchased into its own small bag. If an item was very light or thin, they would put it into one bag and then give the customer an extra empty bag. However, when it was my turn, my experience was completely different. First, when the cashier asked for my phone number, she entered it incorrectly. I noticed the mistake, but she didn’t seem to care. I chose not to say anything. Second, one pair of pants I was buying was marked at $29, but she entered the price as $49. She refused to correct it and appeared very impatient. It was only after another employee repeatedly reminded her that she finally changed the price. Throughout the entire transaction, I remained polite and did not argue or complain. After checking me out, she stuffed the three pairs of pants and one shirt I purchased into a single small bag and tossed it to me. I found her behavior extremely rude and disrespectful, as though she was trying to display a sense of superiority. After I got home and thought about the experience, I decided I should bring it to your attention. I noticed that there were employees wearing headscarves in the store, which made me believe that your company values diversity, inclusion, and equal treatment regardless of race or background. Unfortunately, the blonde white female employee who assisted me did not appear to share those values. Based on my experience, I felt that I was treated differently from other customers. I hope you will look into this matter and take appropriate steps to ensure that all customers receive the same respectful service. Thank you for your attention.

  I am a loyal Lululemon customer and a member who shops at the Sawgrass location regularly. I spend money at this store almost every month and have always chosen Lululemon because I believed the company valued its customers and stood behind its products. For Father’s Day, I purchased several gifts for my son at the Sawgrass store. Unfortunately, one pair of pants did not fit him. Since the item was unworn and I was simply looking for an even exchange, I returned to the store expecting what I thought would be a straightforward customer service experience. Instead, I was met with what I can only describe as disappointing and dismissive treatment from the assistant manager working on June 22. Rather than taking the time to review my situation, explain my options, or make any effort to assist me, I was simply told that he could not help me and that perhaps another Lululemon store would be able to. As a customer who spends hundreds of dollars with this company throughout the year, I found that response unacceptable. If one Lululemon store sells the product, customers should not be sent from store to store in hopes of finding someone willing to help. I was not asking for a refund or special treatment—only an even exchange for a different size. What disappointed me most was not just the outcome, but the manner in which I was treated. The interaction felt cold, dismissive, and lacking the level of respect and professionalism that customers should expect. I left feeling undervalued as a customer despite my continued loyalty to the brand. I have never experienced this level of poor customer service at a Lululemon location before. Had I known that customer concerns would be handled this way, I would have reconsidered spending my money at this store. I am sharing this experience because customer service is just as important as the products a company sells. I hope Lululemon leadership reviews how customers are being treated at the Sawgrass location and addresses the level of service being provided by management. Loyal customers deserve better than being dismissed and sent elsewhere when seeking assistance with a simple exchange. This was my experience at the Sawgrass Lululemon store on June 22, at about 6:45 pm and it was one of the most disappointing retail experiences I have had in a long time.
