  Spoke with Kaley about a return, she told me they dont accept returns at the sawgrass outlet but I can return the items at a regular store. I contacted the store in pembroke gardens and trinity told me that they do not accept returns from an outlet store. Never buying at a store that does not accept returns, I had no clue a brand name store like this would not accept returns for purchases with tags attach.

  I bought underwear the wrong size by trusting the size chart lululemon has in their website. Unfortunately all sales are final in this store. I tried to speak to the manager and they are not willing to do anything for my case. I understand is store policy but as someone who works in retail, I also know that rules can bend for the consumer satisfaction. This just implies that for them money is first than consumer retention.

  Very crowded. Others seemed enamored with prices and selection. To me, prices still seemed high. Selection was ok. The staff was nice, well organized and kept things moving, but I don't understand the level of excitement of the other shoppers in light of the high prices. Of course, as a man, I'm hardly the target demographic.
