The staff were very friendly and helpful when making the sale, but after I got home and tried on the suit again, I realized it did not fit properly. When I contacted the store for an exchange or refund, they were unwilling to help and were quite rude in their response. Customer service should not end once the purchase is made. A good business stands behind its products and treats customers with respect, especially when there is a problem. Sadly, that was not my experience here. I would not recommend this store based on the poor after-sales service I received. Esta fue mi primera vez comprando un traje en esta tienda y, lamentablemente, también será la última. El personal fue muy amable y servicial durante la venta, pero cuando llegué a casa y me probé el traje nuevamente, me di cuenta de que no me quedaba bien. Cuando me comuniqué con la tienda para solicitar un cambio o un reembolso, no estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarme y fueron bastante groseros en su respuesta. El servicio al cliente no debería terminar una vez realizada la compra. Un buen negocio respalda sus productos y trata a sus clientes con respeto, especialmente cuando surge algún problema. Lamentablemente, esa no fue mi experiencia aquí. No recomendaría esta tienda debido al deficiente servicio al cliente que recibí después de la compra.

- BBBlair BellJan 28, 20265.0I visited the Express inside of Sawgrass Mall this morning, after an awful experience at the Broward Mall location. This location has always been my favorite. Immediately, I was helped and greeted by Miguel. I was looking for a blazer, but was unable to find one that fit without having to be altered. I was still able to buy a very nice dress shirt, as Express has the best dress shirts out there. There were also many other nice clothes to choose from. Miguel was friendly, helpful and a perfect representation of great customer service is. Thank you so much Miguel. I will be back!!
