I asked if they could fill out the certificate of authenticity, they shared.. “we don’t do that in the outlets”! A few weeks later, they didn’t remember me, I went back and the bracelet was in the case, I asked if it was in other sizes! They had many in the drawer! It’s sad they had to tell a lie in order to make a sale! Also sad they couldn’t fill out the certificate of authenticity, only bc they felt they didn’t need to do the same amount of work as the sales associates at the full line boutiques bc they are selling pieces at a discount price! So if you sell pieces at a fraction of the prices, you do a fraction of the work as the full line stores and cut corners?
