  Very disappointed after spending over 3k in the store to have my shoes fall apart after only less than 2 hours of wearing them. Management refuses to replace or return my shoe because they claim it is a “wear and tear issue due to the fit of the shoe” $991 for 2 hours of shoe ownership and they claim it’s somehow my fault that the hardware fell off. Customer service is at an all time low. Shame on you. Very disappointing. Do better.

  My husband and I went in here to make a purchase, we were not greeted by a sales rep, we thought they were all busy so we let it slide, another group came in and we realized that a sales rep was sitting there all along and didn’t acknowledge us, why?? Skin color! This location had reps literally walking around us! Eventually after we picked up a sneaker to have sized, a rep came over and asked if we were being helped after walking by us multiple times. The sales rep pick customers according to their skin color, they’re racist and rude! FYI we bought the sneakers, can you imagine, some brown skinned people actually bought some Louboutin sneakers! Get better sales rep! You’re not doing us a favor, it’s your job!

  No entiendo porque una marca que tanto me gusta pierde una clienta por su atención al cliente. Suban los Precios si quieren pero den la posibilidad de hacer cambios. Ahora me tengo que quedar con unos zapatos que no me sirven y que con amor mi esposo me compró ayer día de las madres.

  I visited CL outlet store last month (March 2026) and my husband & I had a pleasant experience. The Cabarock small bag I bought was 40% cheaper than the retail price so I was extremely pleased. The size is definitely spacious for a small size dimension. You can also place an order over the phone and CL will ship it to you. They had several items that were significantly cheaper. Keep in mind, the items might be a few seasons old but if you’re a CL fan or want to take a peek, I think the store is worth visiting if you are nearby. I’ll definitely visit this store again the next time I’m Fort Lauderdale, FL.
