  We had a really frustrating experience at this store. We waited around 25 minutes just to get sized for a suit. The staff kept saying they’d be right with us, but no one ever came. The store wasn’t even busy—we could see employees standing around, laughing and talking among themselves, but no one bothered to help. Really disappointing service.

  I visited the Boss store at Sangras Mall and bought a product that had been released just a few days earlier. Once I got home, I realized it didn't fit, so I went back to the store for a refund; the salesperson said that store policy didn't allow for refunds, so they gave me $200 in store credit instead. I returned a few days later and picked out other items, including a pack of underwear. When I got home, I realized I had grabbed the wrong size. When I went back to exchange it for the right one, the manager refused to make the exchange or issue credit because the items were underwear; in the end, I just threw the product in the trash. Don't shop at this store—their return policy shows a complete lack of respect for the customer.🇪🇸 Fui a la tienda Boss en el centro comercial Sangras y compré un producto que había salido a la venta unos días antes. Al llegar a casa, me di cuenta de que no me quedaba bien, así que volví a la tienda para que me devolvieran el dinero. El vendedor me dijo que, según la política de la tienda, no podían reembolsarme el dinero, así que me dieron un crédito de $200. Volví a la tienda días después y compré otros productos, incluyendo una caja de ropa interior masculina. Al llegar a casa, me di cuenta de que había elegido la talla equivocada. Cuando regresé a la tienda para conseguir la talla correcta, el gerente me dijo que no podían cambiarlo ni darme crédito porque era ropa interior. Al final, tiré el producto a la basura. No compren en esta tienda; su política de devoluciones es muy irrespetuosa con los clientes.🇧🇷 Estive na loja da Boss no sangras mall e comprei um produto que tinha lançado a poucos dias, chegado em casa notei que o produto não me servia então voltei na loja para pegar o dinheiro de volta o vendedor disse que pela política da loja não poderia me devolver o dinheiro então me deram um crédito para gastar na loja de $200, voltei na loja dias depois e peguei outros produtos inclusive um caixa de cuecas, ao chegar em casa notei que peguei o tamanho errado voltando na loja para pegar o tamanho certo o gerente disse que não poderia trocar ou me dar o crédito por se tratar de roupas de baixo no final jogue o produto na lata de lixo. não compre nessa loja muito desrespeitoso ao cliente na sua política de devolução.

  Great store! Very clean and organized. Very helpful staff including Nico who went above and beyond to make sure I got what I was looking for. Great variety of clothing here. Highly recommend!

  Excelente atención de Maria Terán en el local De Alicia y Xiomara en los fittings Y de Juan Pablo en la caja Verdaderamente esa es la atención que a uno le da gusto tener en un viaje de compras! Gracias!
