  Went into Aerie today & had the nicest experience with Zaria who helped me at checkout! Excellent customer service and very helpful with the sales :’)

  Visited on a weekday before the World Cup. My biggest issue here is that some staff show attitude and some don't, very hot and cold. For example, a fitting rooms employee barely said a word to me the whole time as if she didn't want to be there; looked annoyed more than anything. The room I got ushered into was also dirty with debris. Some displays are misleading. They have a sports presentation for the world cup near the entrance but don't have any indication that it's half for men and half for women in sizes, making it a gamble for what you grab if it fits I'd give an extra star for generally good store presentation, but trying to find the pay area is like trying to search for the lost city of Atlantis. It's tucked away into the corner of the store without any signage... (A television showing models and ads doesn't count as signage, by the way.)

  To American Eagle, I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an incident involving an employee named Rodrick at your American Eagle store located in Sawgrass Mills. I was shopping with a friend and our two daughters, both of whom are only nine years old. While browsing in the store, the girls were looking at several price tags and had removed a few while playing around. They had every intention of putting them back, as they know better than to leave merchandise out of place or cause damage. What was most concerning was the way Rodrick chose to handle the situation. Rather than speaking to the girls calmly and respectfully, he aggressively grabbed the price tags out of their hands and used foul and inappropriate language in front of them. The interaction was intimidating and upsetting for two young children. Our daughters have never been exposed to that kind of language before, and hearing it from an adult employee in a retail store was shocking and distressing. His behavior turned what should have been a normal shopping trip into an uncomfortable experience for everyone involved. I fully understand that employees have a responsibility to maintain order in the store and address concerns when necessary. However, there is a professional and respectful way to speak to customers, especially young children. Aggressively taking items from their hands and using offensive language is not acceptable and falls far below the standard of customer service I would expect from American Eagle. I would appreciate it if this incident could be reviewed and addressed appropriately. No child should feel intimidated or be spoken to in such a manner while shopping in your store. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing how this concern will be handled. Sincerely, American Eagle purchasers

  Went to aerie the other day and really was just browsing but Katrina came around and gave AMAZING service. So was so polite and peppy and honestly had an amazing energy and attitude. I never really leave reviews especially for places such as the mall but I wanted to truly appreciate Katrina and her worth ethic as such a young lady. She was so polite and compared to the other girls in the store she truly was working so hard. Would love to see the store/ company give her flowers and appreciation.
