They had me submit a dispute to get my $40 application fee back. That was 2 months ago. You literally can not get ahold of anyone who can get anything resolved. They will take your money over the phone in seconds, but 2 months later…. Still no refund. And probably won’t get it. Horrible customer service.

When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.

Is an Ignition Interlock the same as a breathalyzer?
