  How is this store still in business? This is the 3rd time in 2 years I have placed an order with them and have had major issues, missing items, late delivery (as in a day late) no phone call back. No one answers the phone ever. And the quality of the very expensive products is terrible! How are they still in business? Do NOT order from this Stuart store, you will lose money, end up very frustrated and disappointed. Smh, not sure how this store hasn't been shut down. Get a hold of edible arrangements corporate office to get a refund cause this store won't help you and they don't care.

  Today is my birthday, and my cousin purchased something for me from your company. This place is supposed to be well-known and reputable, and she even paid extra to ensure it would be delivered today. However, we have not received any updates, and no one has answered our phone calls or responded to our emails. We also have not received any notification explaining the reason for the delay or why the order was not delivered as promised. I am very upset and disappointed. I live far away, and now I may have to drive there myself just to pick up the order—or even find out whether the order is actually available—when my cousin specifically paid for home delivery today. I would appreciate an immediate response and an explanation regarding this situation.

  I made an order yesterday, with guaranteed delivery for that day. It’s 2:07 pm the following day and the order has not been crafted. I’ve attempted to contact the store twice and left a voicemail once. No contact and no update on my delivery.

  Absolutely terrible experience. I placed an order only to find out the location was closed, yet they still accepted the order. No delivery, no communication, and I was left waiting with no updates. Customer service was useless and clearly nobody is checking whether these locations are even operating before taking people’s money. Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of time. I won’t be ordering from them again. If I could I would leave 0 stars. I need a refund!

  Horrible delivery. First stated delivered than delivered the wrong order. Had to pick up gift and still didn’t have complete order. Definitely Do Not Recommend
