No delivery, no communication, and I was left waiting with no updates. Customer service was useless and clearly nobody is checking whether these locations are even operating before taking people’s money. Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of time. I won’t be ordering from them again. If I could I would leave 0 stars. I need a refund!

- JMJacquie MApr 6, 20261.0I was supposed to receive an Easter delivery from Edible Arrangements on Saturday from a dear friend, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. I waited all day for the delivery, and at 8:00 PM the tracking status still showed that the order was not out for delivery. The next morning, I was shocked to see the status had suddenly changed to “delivered.” I live in a gated community where it is impossible to gain access without my permission, so there is simply no way the delivery could have been completed without contacting me. To make matters even worse, their customer service is nonexistent. I have called several times, left messages, and sent messages online — and no one has responded. My friend spent money on a thoughtful Easter gift that never arrived, and she deserves a refund. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Will never do buisness there agian .
