  If I could put zero stars I would! I made a purchase on 9-3-26 for the amount of $100.95 for what I ordered not the skimpy stuff my daughter received. I’m sorry if your company is doing terribly that you don’t even have supplies, and products to make arrangements you are advertising. It would have been nice for you to advertise that you do not have the items in hand and will not be getting them in by the date a customer needs the arrangement, or maybe think about closing down your business since you are not as equip as you were before. I have ordered twice (years ago) and I’ve received beautiful arrangements, but what you did this time is ridiculous. I am asking for a full refund on everything I purchased and did not receive!!!! I will NEVER ORDER FROM YOUR COMPANY! I apologized saying my daughter did not recieve the delivery. She didn’t recieve it the neighbor received it and then later gave it to my daughter. When I saw a picture of what Edible Arrangements created I was very angry, and still am! I made that purchase on 9-3-26 for the amount of $100.95 for what I ordered not the skimpy stuff you sent my daughter. What she recieved is NOT WORTH $100.95!!! I’m a baker I could of done those cupcakes, throw in a small bear and a few strawberries and asked for minimum price, not $100.95 That is RIDICULOUS!!

  Horrible I called multiple times the day my order was supposed to be delivered ( I did not receive a confirmation of me ordering until days after is was delivered) no answer, I left messages on their machine, no call back! My order was finally delivered at 7pm and was missing items I purchased. The 6 fruits in a box looked like they were thrown in carelessly. My mom just had surgery and was bed ridden and it was also her birthday and I was so upset that she received this, not to mention the order was missing the balloon and the chocolate truffles I added on. $9.99 for delivery fee with an $8 tip and I can’t even get a phone call back 😞 I also contacted corporate and guess what almost a week and no replies, this has been so frustrating. I have been using edible for many years, I will no longer be doing so.

  Should have know by the 2.5 star review rating. How does this place even stay in business. No answer when you call. No call back. No response at all.....

  This is the worst service I have ever used. They do not answer the phone or even respond to a formal request and my order never got delivered even though I was charged for it. Avoid this place.

  Do not use this store at all. Placed an order for delivery online, the next day kept check on the status- nothing. Called the store multiple times- no one picked up. Called corporate, they did nothing either. The next day someone picked up, but said they have been issues and van isn't doing deliveries, but they didn't bother notifying anyone. Got a call back from a district manager that it will be delivered 2 days later, but not holding my breath. Avoid this store at all costs!! Corporate should not allow any online orders with this store if they cannot fulfill nor communicate. If i can give zero starts I would.
