  This is the worst service I have ever used. They do not answer the phone or even respond to a formal request and my order never got delivered even though I was charged for it. Avoid this place.

  I’d like to know how this location is still in business. I have a claim out from July 15 for a refund because I did not receive the item. I’ve called multiple times. They don’t answer. I filled out an online form. They have not responded. I’ve not received a refund so I had to dispute it through my bank. Based on all the review reviews below edible arrangement should look into closing this location, even if franchised, Because it’s obviously a disgrace to their brand

  Do not use this store at all. Placed an order for delivery online, the next day kept check on the status- nothing. Called the store multiple times- no one picked up. Called corporate, they did nothing either. The next day someone picked up, but said they have been issues and van isn't doing deliveries, but they didn't bother notifying anyone. Got a call back from a district manager that it will be delivered 2 days later, but not holding my breath. Avoid this store at all costs!! Corporate should not allow any online orders with this store if they cannot fulfill nor communicate. If i can give zero starts I would.

  Do not order from here, I have called for 24 hours now and no answer. I ordered an arrangement yesterday and it has not been delivered, what is aggravating is that the delivery address is literally across the street so much for "1 hr delivery" LOL. I have never experience something like that. DO NOT INVEST IN THIS STORE.

  Don’t waste your time or money with this company\. After multiple bad experiences over a year ago, I decided to give them another chance, hoping things had improved\. Unfortunately, this store is still an epic failure, and the corporate office clearly doesn’t care about its customers\. I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered over an hour ago\. When nothing arrived, I drove to the store, which was supposed to be open\. Instead, I found it closed at **3:00 PM**, with no fruit or products in the display cases \(see photo\)\. There was no explanation, no notice, and no way to get help\. Trying to contact corporate was just as frustrating\. The customer service number leads nowhere, and no one answers\. It’s obvious they have no interest in resolving customer issues\. Do yourself a favor—skip this company\. Go to Publix, buy your own fruit, and make it yourself\. It’ll be fresher, less expensive, and you’ll actually get what you paid for\.
