  Today I tried to do a return from a purchase that I bought in Tampa a few days ago & was unsuccessful. The older dread head lady told me my skirt was “DIRTY ” she can’t accept the return take it back to Tampa! “I don’t live in Tampa I was only over there for business” …. How about this same skirt she thought was “DIRTY got return at another local Citi trends that was a few miles a way with NO PROBLEM ! It was uncalled for calling something that’s OFF WHITE dirty! GET YOU A NEW SET OF EYES! She looked at this skirt tryna find something NEGATIVE to say for 5mins flipping back & fourth 😒 Because I never wore the skirt out anywhere for it to be DIRTY ! Skirt was BLACK with an off WHITE belt/strings 😡 Been shopping here for YEARS never had a problem with a RETURN!

  lol don’t buy a suitcase from here apparently you can’t return it if u just rolled it on the ground and that’s all! but they not gon tell u that when u buy it… so now $70 wasted. N they was rude too 😭

  The fact you have your employees in a store and your customers with no AC and I’ve been coming in here for the past two months straight regularly is absolutely ridiculous. This should go against OSHA regulations for employees and your customers to be in a store with absolutely no AC in sweltering 98° weather. I highly suggest your corporate office get in there and do something about this immediately because I’m gonna report this until it’s not gonna be reported any longer. These conditions are absolutely absurd.
