  Bought three pairs of jeans. Staff/cashier seemed more annoyed than appreciative for the sale. Spent $50 she never said thank you or come again and just seemed overall unhappy serving patrons. Red haired and tall…won’t come back! Your wish is my command…🧞‍♀️

  First time at Platos closet, Took 3 full bags of clothes in to sale some items with tags on still, they didn’t take one single item and their reasoning was because they “dont accept shein/fashion nova at this location” which I feel like wasn’t true. Everyone had a nasty look while I was there, the black girl who was helping me didn’t even seem like she cared at all nasty customer service I would never go here again.

  Highly recommend saving your time and gas and not coming here. I brought tons of clothes that were a mix of years in age, known brand names, excellent condition, and they took two items that were 15 years old lol. A very old and worn out billabong shirt, and a very old hollister hoodie. Their system is ridiculous, and the girls had nothing to say when I told them how old the items were that they were willing to buy from me. I had better luck on Poshmark selling all my other great stuff! Not worth coming here!
