I stopped into this J.Crew Factory for the first time today just to browse and had a really nice experience! Alashia (I believe) was very friendly and helpful, assisting me in the store, the fitting room, and at checkout. The store was clean, extremely well-organized, and easy to shop, and the staff was attentive without hovering. Many great deals and discounts as well. I’ll definitely be back!

I have shopped personally in the store several times over the last four years … The staff is usually extremely friendly, And they’ve always had a great selection … On the evening of April 30th, at 6:57 PM, I walked in the store before closing, not knowing what time it was, and had just missed getting in in the morning a couple of times this week as well … The lady that was working inside was extremely rude to me, treated me like a vagabond, and told me to get out because they were closed … And as I was explaining to her the situation, she continued to be nasty … There was evil in her voice … As a Christian, successful business owner, and locally involved citizen, I am appalled by how I was treated …

For a store that is always empty, you walk in and there is 0 customer service. The associates just ignore you and pretend you don’t exist. 2 stars because the sales are actually good.

So happy to have this store in St Pete as opposed to an outlet mall.
