  Stacy is always so kind, sweet, and attentive. She put me on to great chocolate and the fruit is always fresh. Best location in St Pete by far!

  Ordered from the St. Pete store and the fruit was fresh and delicious. Stacey took my order and made it for me while I waited. She was friendly and out going!!! Definitely will be coming back!!

  Place an order Saturday afternoon for a Monday morning delivery. Explain to the employee in person that needed an early morning delivery because it was a business and closes early. Employee stated no problem. Will make sure that it’s there. It’s now 3:22 pm Monday no delivery. Called spoke to the manage. At least she said she was the manager. I explained to her that it was a business. All she did was argue with me. Send that she didn’t know that it was a business. The manager hung up on me very unprofessional

  I tried to order online multiple times throughout early morning and afternoon today on the online platform. Multiple errors. Could not process an order. I wanted to send out an arrangement for a birthday gift, and out of desperation I called the store to ask if I could place the online order over the phone since their online platform was not working. The employee who answered advised that The order could be placed, but also let me know that an employee would have to call me back to finalize the order and the delivery. I told them that was no problem, and I will keep an ear out. After advising as much, she then asked me what I wanted, which was very confusing. I started to tell her briefly about the arrangement that I wanted to get to which she cut me off and told me that they were going to call me back??? I never received a phone call back and was unable to get an arrangement to send for the birthday gift. I’m not sure if this is a “one off’’ situation but looking at the reviews, it doesn’t seem to be that way. Really disappointed by how the customer service played out as well as the capabilities of the website. Didn’t seem really professional at all. I’ll take my business elsewhere next time. Lesson learned: read reviews first
