  We stopped in to purchase 2 luggage sets and was greeted by Tina, the manager. She was amazing in every way. She took time with us, answered our questions, and showed us all of our options! We would definitely drive from Florida to buy from Tina again!

  I wanted to share my recent experience at the Samsonite store during the afternoon of July 21st. From the moment my wife and I walked in, we were surprised by the lack of customer service. We were never greeted, and the associate actually turned her back to us rather than acknowledging our presence. At one point, I commented that the store felt a little chilly. Her response, delivered in a smug tone, was simply, “That’s how I like it.” Needless to say, after being treated so poorly, we left the store and went to the nearby Travelpro store instead. The difference was remarkable. Their staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping us. As a result, we purchased approximately $1,800 worth of luggage from them. We mentioned our experience at Samsonite to the Travelpro employees, and they told us they hear similar stories all the time. In fact, they said the customers immediately before us had shared a nearly identical experience after leaving the Samsonite store. Unfortunately, this experience has left such a negative impression that I will most likely never purchase Samsonite products again. That’s disappointing because I know Samsonite has built a strong reputation over many years. However, the actions of your store staff reflect directly on your brand, and in this case, they cost you a significant sale and, quite possibly, a longtime customer. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address the customer service issues at this location so that future customers receive the level of service they expect from a company with Samsonite’s reputation.
