When I arrived at Richbourg, they promptly greeted me right away. My first initiation was with Lacey at the front desk, she was very professional as well as very detailed on all her information. Her customer service was outstanding and she made me feel so comfortable. I then went to the garage Bay where I was assisted by junior, he went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle. This customer service was excellent he thoroughly explained everything he was doing and even helped with things that I was unaware of. I highly recommend this place to anyone and will be referring it to friends and family. They gave me an outstanding experience and I'm looking forward to our future business together
