  Andrew L is absolutely amazing!!! I’ve been talking to him about purchasing a trolling motor for about a month. He was extremely detailed and knowledgeable! I’m pretty sure he could build one in his sleep! I could’ve bought one from anywhere else, but I purchased it from Bass Pro just because of Andrew L! Take care of that guy…he is the best!!!

  I’ve been to this Bass Pro at WGV twice now to purchase a new bow. Both times I walked out of here with no bow in hand. Every time I’m about to buy it the guys at the counter can’t paper tune it, astonishing literally astonishing. I bought my PSE from the Daytona store 4 years ago and walked out with it paper tuned and ready to sight in. Makes me not want to spend my $1000 at Bass Pro anymore. I’m a loyal customer but I’m starting to rethink that at this point. Why sell something you have no clue about or how to adjust or not wanting to help with, it’s almost like they are bothered by your purchase. Green Acres Sporting Goods sound like they may win my $1,000 after all. Shame they have all this great equipment but can’t sell it because of their staff.

  This place is amazing and has a little something for just about any outdoor activity you could want to try. We were here to look at stuff for kayaks. They did not have a real big selection but they have a nice display and a few odds n ends. A decent broad type of kayaks from sit in to sit on top and a couple versions of pedal. Prices were similar to other places.

  Very disappointed and feel the manager’s explanation was misleading I went to Bass Pro Shops to sell/trade in my Canik TP9SFX. The manager inspected the firearm and told me it was in great condition. However, he then explained that Canik firearms “do not hold their value” and claimed Bass Pro could not sell it for more than $300, which was why they could only offer me $200. I accepted that explanation at the time, but when I got home I checked Bass Pro Shops’ own used-gun inventory and found two identical Canik TP9SFX pistols listed for approximately $450 each. That makes the manager’s explanation extremely misleading. If Bass Pro is currently listing the same firearm for around $450, telling me that it could not be sold for more than $300 simply does not make sense. I understand that a store needs to make a profit and that a trade-in offer will obviously be lower than the resale price. But that is very different from giving a customer a justification that appears to contradict the store’s own pricing. I have no problem with Bass Pro making money on a used firearm. What I do have a problem with is being told my firearm is worth less because “Canik does not hold its value” when Bass Pro is apparently selling comparable examples for around $450. A $200 offer on a firearm in great condition that Bass Pro is listing for roughly $450 feels extremely low, and the explanation given to justify that offer was, at best, misleading. I expected a fair and transparent evaluation from Bass Pro Shops. Unfortunately, this experience left me questioning whether I can trust their trade-in valuations.

  Super disappointed with the customer service from the Tracker side on a boat that I have been looking at. I came there about 3 weeks ago to get a Mako Skiff I saw in their website but realized Labor Day would have some sales and I was told the 26' models will be pushed to clear out. Well, I talked to George, the head guy and told him I was deciding between Bass Pro and another boat dealer but I liked the boat that Bass Pro had more and I already use Bass Pro for most of my hunting, fishing and travel gear. I was upfront about what I was looking for in terms of price (monthly) and George kept telling me he could make that work and "we" will get it done. So I did my part got approved by their financial company and when I went to close the deal, it wasn't near what we discussed. In fact, George wouldn't even give me the respect to talk to me. George just kept telling my sales rep Justin, a very good employee trying to get this done, that he was not going to budge. OK, I understand Bass Pro has to make their money, but why tell me they can get it done? Why let me waste my time doing an application? Why act like a Bass Pro shopper is not worth your time?? Very disappointed with the whole process.
