Jeremy at Mint Cannabis was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s not often you come across someone who provides such great customer service and makes you feel like a valued customer. Jeremy definitely went above and beyond, and his positive attitude made a huge difference. If you visit Mint Cannabis, I highly recommend seeing Jeremy — he’s truly a standout!

This is a nice dispensary with good prices for their distillate products, the flower is a bit pricey but they have occasional sales. I’d recommend giving it a shot!

I’ve been coming to this store for several months and have spent hundreds of dollars here since they opened. I never thought I needed to question how the rewards/points system worked because I had an account, was able to place orders online for pickup, and was never told there was an additional step required to actually receive points. Apparently, simply having an online account and placing orders through the website does NOT mean you’re earning rewards. You have to download the app, and this was never communicated to me during any of my visits or purchases. My experience with Zach when I brought this up was extremely disappointing. After spending hundreds of dollars over several months, I feel like this is something customers should be clearly informed about upfront, not something they have to discover after the fact. If you shop here, I would strongly recommend asking specifically how the rewards system works and making sure you are actually receiving the points you’re supposed to be earning. The way this was handled left me feeling misled and like the system is designed to make it easy for customers to miss out on rewards they otherwise would have earned. I really liked coming here, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Transparency with customers should not be optional, especially when they are spending hundreds of dollars with your business.
