Front end on the other hand it all falls apart. More often than not the cashiers are just miserable, and it feels like I'm a nuisance just trying to check out. They never want to scan my app rewards barcode after customizing it, so I have to go back and manually enter in every receipt to get points. What is the point of offering and promoting an app if your staff won't even use it? It's just such an unpleasant experience that we keep moving to online shopping to minimize it.
