Not only did they redeliver it on Valentine’s Day morning, but the owner also added extra items to make up for the inconvenience. That meant more than they probably realize. I did suggest that if there’s ever difficulty reaching a recipient in the future, the items should be returned to the store to avoid this kind of situation and save everyone the heartache. However, I truly appreciate the owner taking accountability and making the effort to correct the issue. Thank you for helping me still make my daughter’s Valentine’s Day special. That effort did not go unnoticed.
