Well let me just say if you plan on purchasing firearms, this is not the place to do it! I ordered a pistol a few weeks ago, and went in to pick it up on the 1st of this month. First off, the in store pickup process takes way too long, because everything has to be double checked(understandable) but there's rarely another person close by to do so. Anyway, we get all of that out of the way(almost 45 minutes in at this point, mind you) only to find out that my brand new pistol is missing one of the magazines that it was supposed to come with. The employee helping me told me that somebody at their distribution center probably took it out for another order, or something along those lines. He told me they would order me another one, and that it shouldn't be more than 4 to 5 days to get it it. Cool. Except here we are 10 days later, and still no magazine. So I called the store, and spoke with Brittany(store manager) and was informed that it in fact had not come in, and that I would just have to wait and there's nothing else that can be done. I think thats unacceptable, especially when said gun was $750.00. Long story short, do your business elsewhere if you value your time and sanity. Fortunately, there are much better options out there! *UPDATE- so somebody from customer service reached out and they made things right with the missing magazine. Will definitely give them another chance in the future!

Place is clean for sure but prices way above similar stores. Wanted Permethrin spray. None. Wanted a small tent. None under 100$ Walked around for a hour, left empty handed and went straight to Academy. Place was a ghost town also. Not so sure there finds be around much longer.
