I wish I could give this place 0 stars. RACIST ESTABLISHMENT. DO NOT SHOP HERE. The comments made to my family member today were absolutely disgusting, unacceptable, racist, and uncalled for. If you shop here, you are supporting unkind and inhumane behavior. “You’re in America now.” “Well, I don’t know what America you’ve been in.” “Don’t you know you’re in America?” These remarks were made after we asked a simple question regarding an extra fee. The customer service was horrible and very defensive. All we were looking for was a response, not an offensive and racist remark. No customer should ever be spoken to this way because of their background or appearance. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.

RACIST ESTABLISHMENT. DO NOT SHOP HERE. The customer service was not only rude and unprofessional, but discriminatory and completely unacceptable. My family member asked a simple question about pricing, and instead of receiving a basic explanation, an employee yelled at her and told her that “there is tax in America” and “you’re in America now.” She lives in America and is fully aware that sales tax exists. That was not her question, and there was absolutely no reason to speak to her in such a disrespectful and degrading way. When she responded to the “you’re in America” comment, the employee replied, “Well, I don’t know what America you’ve been in,” which made the interaction even more offensive. Another family member also asked a separate employee a question and was met with the same type of comment: “Don’t you know you’re in America?” What does that have to do with anything? Obviously they know they are in America. These comments were unnecessary, insulting, and clearly targeted. No customer should ever be spoken to this way because of their background or appearance. This experience was disgusting and deeply upsetting. If employees cannot interact with the public respectfully and without prejudice, they should not be in customer-facing roles. Management needs to take this seriously, address the behavior of its staff, and ensure that no other customer is treated with such blatant disrespect.

Bought some board shorts because I forgot mine and a $20 sweatshirt on sale. Nice to have a place like this instead of the $70 boutique prices.

We spent $440 at this store on merchandise, and you would think we would be treated differently. The lady at the checkout was rude every time my husband asked her a question. She seemed annoyed that we were even there from the very beginning of our shopping experience . After we left, we considered going back to return everything we bought because of her poor customer service. There are plenty of stores like this in Florida, and we could shop anywhere else. I made sure that I reviewed the correct store . Store #131.
