He provided a very positive experience by creating a welcoming atmosphere without any pressure to purchase anything. He went along with us and provided thoughtful feedback on frames that we tried on. Throughout our time, he even offered to polish our current glasses (ended up doing all five pairs!). Highly recommend this store largely due to Colyn! Ended up purchasing two new pairs of sunglasses for my parents who are over the moon!

She helped us choose the right sunglasses, clearly explained the protection plan, and showed us how the video-recording glasses work. We also noticed how welcoming and attentive she was with every customer who walked in. Jaeda provided excellent customer service and made our shopping experience so enjoyable. Highly recommend her!
