  Jaeda was incredibly helpful. She was super helpful and so patient. I’m extremely picky with my sunglasses and she worked through me trying to fully explain what I wanted. In the end, she found me the perfect pair.

  We had a great experience at the Sunglass Hut at University Town Center in Sarasota,FL thanks to Jaeda! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. She helped us choose the right sunglasses, clearly explained the protection plan, and showed us how the video-recording glasses work. We also noticed how welcoming and attentive she was with every customer who walked in. Jaeda provided excellent customer service and made our shopping experience so enjoyable. Highly recommend her!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I purchased a $500 pair of glasses along with a warranty, expecting a certain level of service and support. Unfortunately, that was not the case. During my visit, the manager, Jada, seemed more focused on finding ways to charge me than actually helping resolve my issue. At one point, the glasses were dropped in front of me and I was then told they had a scratch, which was frustrating and concerning given the circumstances. All I was looking for was assistance with troubleshooting, but instead I felt as though I was being questioned rather than helped. The overall experience was uncomfortable and far from customer-focused. I’ve had much better service at the Sunglass Hut in Ellenton and would recommend going there instead.

  Jaeda was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful, not only to me, but to everyone who came into the store. She truly went above and beyond by calling two other locations to help me track down specific items I was looking for. She was professional, efficient, patient, and genuinely made the entire experience enjoyable. Her customer service was exceptional, and I highly recommend visiting this store if you’re looking for your next pair of sunglasses. Thank you, Jaeda, for making my experience such a positive one!

  Watch out they try to swindle you during returns. I tried to return glasses without using them, the lady at the counter was "cleaning them" for 10 minutes with her long sharp nails, she scratched it and then said they can't accept it bc they're scratched. Last time I'm buying at their shop. All the merchandise is available at Macy's and other vendors. The woman here was being particularly nasty while kids in the shop were playing and dropping glasses right in front of me.
