  Disappointed with the customer service at this location. Another customer and I stood in line for over 10 minutes while one cashier was assisting someone with a complicated return. What was frustrating was that there were two other employees, including what appeared to be a manager, standing behind the counter who were fully capable of checking customers out but didn't step in. They eventually came over to help, but only after we had been standing there waiting for more than 10 minutes. A little more initiative would have made for a much better experience.

  Really annoying and quite weird/ disrespectful experience. Please inform your fitting room attendant Mondavious??? Starring contest with customers, and literally making it a point to not speak a word when I ask him two clear questions is weird. It is not cool, or acceptable, that’s strange and typically looked down upon at jobs. In addition I did get to see him stare at a camera behind the counter for couple minutes during my check out process as he clocked out. He just seemed ELATED to be working with you. It was easily weirdest thing I’ve seen on my vacation and the most aggravating surely. Treat customers with care and respect certainly on your first engagement, especially after being kindly greeted first. Unique and memorable experience for all the wrong reasons.

  I have been a loyal customer of this brand for a long time, so I was excited to visit the newly opened store. Unfortunately, I left feeling extremely disappointed. The selection of products is very limited compared to your other locations. The merchandise also appears to be lower-end and more budget-oriented, seemingly aimed at a different customer base. I had expected the same quality and variety that I have come to associate with your brand, but that was not my experience at this new store.

  This was one of the worst shopping experiences my family and I have had. I purchased a pair of shoes just one week ago, wore them only twice, and they were already torn and damaged. A product should not fall apart after such minimal use. When I returned to the store to address the issue, I was met with poor customer service. My concerns were dismissed, and my request for a return was denied. From my understanding, the store’s policy allows returns for defective merchandise, yet that policy was not honored in my case. The combination of a low-quality product and unhelpful customer service completely ruined my experience with this store. I will not be returning, and I would strongly encourage others to shop elsewhere if they expect quality products and customer service that stands behind them.
