- BYBailey YeldingSep 11, 20261.0Refused to return an item after a policy changed occurred AFTER item was purchase. Paper receipt says policy is 60 days for store credit, manager Nona states it is now 40. Kept telling me my receipts were old paper and that even though the system said my item was at 55 days she could not do the return. Finally gave me store credit as the old policy stated, but was shaking when shoving it into my hand. The other location at UTC is much more accommodating and kind. Will not be returning to this store and Nona should receive training on how to handle interactions with customers when policies change.

Another customer and I stood in line for over 10 minutes while one cashier was assisting someone with a complicated return. What was frustrating was that there were two other employees, including what appeared to be a manager, standing behind the counter who were fully capable of checking customers out but didn't step in. They eventually came over to help, but only after we had been standing there waiting for more than 10 minutes. A little more initiative would have made for a much better experience.
