- MMMarkito4 days ago1.0This was one of the worst shopping experiences my family and I have had. I purchased a pair of shoes just one week ago, wore them only twice, and they were already torn and damaged. A product should not fall apart after such minimal use. When I returned to the store to address the issue, I was met with poor customer service. My concerns were dismissed, and my request for a return was denied. From my understanding, the store’s policy allows returns for defective merchandise, yet that policy was not honored in my case. The combination of a low-quality product and unhelpful customer service completely ruined my experience with this store. I will not be returning, and I would strongly encourage others to shop elsewhere if they expect quality products and customer service that stands behind them.

I bought a pair of shoes 1 week ago and wore them twice before the tore up and became damaged. When trying to return, I was greeted by terrible customer service that disregarded my concern and ultimately waived off my return. The policy states that even with some defect they must return it and they did not follow this policy and ultimately ruined my experience with this store as a whole. I will never be coming back and also advise to everyone that they stay away from this terrible store.
