  My husband and I were looking to replace my tag for a carerra, and NOT one associate in this store greeted us or asked if they could help. I would not recommend, shame on the staff and management for creating a culture to not even acknowledge clients.

  The staff of your Sarasota location are awful. I know there has been some management changes, so I’m unaware of whom I should speak with, but it’s disappointing because as a former customer of Mayors, I miss the level of service, this Location used to provide. I will now have to look elsewhere for my Breitling and Rolex service, as well as future purchases.

  Kiki did an amazing job. Found a beautiful watch that we were told was out of stock in the state. Can't say enough positive about her and this location. Thank you for helping to make fathers day extra special.

  This 1 star review is for Mayors Rolex service, the worst I have ever experienced in over 50 years of owning 10 different rolex watches. From my unfortunate experience with 2 rolex watches given to Mayors for service, it seems clear that the Mayors Ft Lauderdale RSC has poor quality control standards for their repair processes.The proof is in the watches that didn’t run properly after servicing. So save $1000 and send your watch to a different RSC.

  I have the absolutely real class experience at Mayors jewelers in Sarasota Florida while acquiring one of my dream timepieces my Rolex advisor Natalie was fantastic to work with throughout the process highly professional incredibly knowledgeable and deeply passionate about the brand the showroom director Anthony, went above and beyond to personally finalize the transaction walking out with a white gold blue dial Rolex Daytona was an unforgettable milestone made even better by the top-tier hospitality and general customer care provided by both Anthony and Natalie if you’re looking for an expressional luxury watch by an experience in the Sarasota area I cannot recommend this team Highly enough five stars all around And a huge thanks one more time to my Rolex advisor Natalie for her amazing communication help me get this Beautiful time piece and I look forward to working with Natalie and Anthony, again on my nex piece
