  This is the finest jewelry store on the west coast of Florida. You will not be disappointed. Natalie is an experienced sales professional who is always customer needs oriented. She is knowledgeable, accurate and personable and should be considered for promotion ahead of her peers. Natalie embodies the Mayors business model of quality and service and is a contributor to their success. The manager, Anthony leads and ensures the operation is always smooth regardless of the volume of customers. A great experience to feel like a valued customer in today's business climate.

  I had a lovely experience here this week. Both Jonathan and Evan took great care of me throughout my visit. I was immediately impressed by the stunning new showroom; when I walked into the mall, I was actually looking for the old location, which was much smaller. The new space has plenty of room for conversation and an excellent selection of watches. Jonathan made me feel very welcome when I arrived with an espresso, and Evan stepped in seamlessly and showed me how to operate the new Black Bay “Diet Coke” GMT. I couldn’t believe it had come in that quickly from Geneva less than a week after its debut at Watches and Wonders 2026. My other jeweler out of state has not gotten one in yet. Checkmate Mayors!! Highly recommend Mayors Sarasota to anyone looking for their next special purchase.
