  I went to the newly relocated store on Michigan Ave. I purchased several items, the checkout was fair, I wanted to wear the outfit, they did not have a hand help alarm removal so I had to get undressed again. I wanted to bring my ankle to the counter to revove the alarm tag but the minute I tried, OMG this young women came at me like I had my fingers in the till. She was very upset. I guess I failed to see the rationale why she all she did was scold me but gave to plausable explanation. There was several employees chatting it up with the guard, but lacked to customer experience I have seen elsewhere. I guess they do not have to sell anything because people will buy it without the help.

  Dropped my pants to be hemmed (for free btw) and to see if some other items (a pant with a seam coming undone and some pace breaker shorts that I use for running consistently that have a hole) can be replaced. I was helped by many people with varied levels of helpfulness. The first person helping me with the hemming was wonderful. The two products I wanted help with were difficult to get support with: the pants were deemed unable to do anything with because I’ve had them for over a year, but the website clearly states that any manufacturing defect will be covered, but this doesn’t apply to anything outside the year. The shorts were able to be exchanged but the First Lady helping us was confusing and said we could exchange them and then later said it was only for a certain amount. The service was pretty lackluster and I think the quality of the product is getting worse and worse.

  Worst customer service and quality went downhill. I will never shop in this store again. Viori an Alo has much better customer service and quality.

  Selections are missing many sizes which makes it hard to walk out with whatever you need. This location is difficult to drive to with terrible traffic. The best part of the visit was leaving, at least once we got to our car in the rain. I probably will go to another store next time, or order online.

  If I could give negative stars I would. I was trying to return a gift that my husband purchased for me and while I did not expect a refund, the store manager at the Lululemon at UTC in Sarasota, on Monday, March 23, at 12:10 pm -- dark hair, youngish, no glasses -- would not even give me a gift card. Nor would she give me her name. Items had the original tags on them. I have an account, and have returned things before for a store credit but she would not because I was about a week outside their window. She offered me $10 against a $128 jacket, and $10 against a $69 pair of pants. I've ordered from Lululemon and shopped in their stores for years and would sing their praises to everyone I know at my gym, but will no longer do that. My husband knows I (used to) love them, and he would shop at Lululemon when he was traveling (travels all over). He has purchased countless items for myself, and our children. I will make sure he does not shop there anymore. We live about an hour away and there are no stores nearby. PLEASE don't shop here. Don't patronize them online. There are other retailers with more respect for their customer base. Apparently the value of client loyalty and customer satisfaction has zero value here. Just don't patronize them.
