  Very disappointing experience at this location. I visited for the first time to return two items that were outside the 30-day return window. I understood that a refund might not be possible, but I was surprised that both the cashier and the manager refused to offer any alternative, such as store credit or another reasonable solution. What made the experience worse was the manager's attitude. She was dismissive throughout the interaction and even refused to provide her name when I asked. I've always heard that Lululemon is known for exceptional customer service, but that certainly wasn't reflected at this store. Based on this experience, I would recommend visiting a different Lululemon location if you have the option.

  It’s no secret I have an unhealthy addiction to lululemon. This location in particular is so wonderful, and I go out of my way to shop here. I wanted to place a large online order with 10 items and Elisa was so friendly and patient with me as she helped me place it. She absolutely made my day and my shopping experience so pleasant.

  The price point of Lulu comes with the expectation of product quality and customer service quality. This store did NOT meet the mark. I was just in with my mother to purchase a jacket with a Mother’s Day gift card I gifted to her and we specifically went in person vs. ordering online so we could choose and buy it together. The gift card had $150 on it and it wasn’t registering correctly with the scanner. I showed the email, proof of purchase, and current balance of $150. It was clearly a technical error on the store’s part. The store manager (brown hair, no glasses, young) barely assisted. She gave me the card of customer service so I could call MYSELF. What is the point of having store employees or being a manager if you can’t assist customers? As a lululemon customer for over 10 years and purchasing thousands of dollars of merch from Lulu, I can’t overstate the depth of my disappointment. Get better customer service. Otherwise, longtime loyal customers (like me) will be switching brands to better customer service oriented brands.

  I'm very pleased with the merchandise. The store personnel is very helpful and kind, especially Kathleen and Josie. I find that they go above and beyond their duties, in fact truly outstanding.

  I went to the newly relocated store on Michigan Ave. I purchased several items, the checkout was fair, I wanted to wear the outfit, they did not have a hand help alarm removal so I had to get undressed again. I wanted to bring my ankle to the counter to revove the alarm tag but the minute I tried, OMG this young women came at me like I had my fingers in the till. She was very upset. I guess I failed to see the rationale why she all she did was scold me but gave to plausable explanation. There was several employees chatting it up with the guard, but lacked to customer experience I have seen elsewhere. I guess they do not have to sell anything because people will buy it without the help.
