  Kathleen was so sweet to me and my kids! Denise was also extremely helpful with finding and checking sizes. Great experience and highly recommend shopping here.

  I love having the new store close by vs having to drive up to UTC. The store is bright, welcoming and displays are always organized and well-maintained. The staff is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help with finding items in store or alternatives online.

  My three experiences at J.Crew Factory have all been very positive, and the staff have been professional. My last visit was a bit unusual-I received merchandise that I did not order and my order was lost. The clerk was very helpful and even gave me a $5.oo gift card for my situation. And the sale prices are great!

  I wasn’t going to give this store a star, but a rating is required in order to write a review. From the moment you walk into the store, the atmosphere feels negative. There are no greetings, no smiles, and no customer service. The staff even seem annoyed that potential customers have come into the store. A welcoming attitude can make a big difference. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

  I had a great experience shopping at J. Crew today. Densie went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for and made the whole experience enjoyable. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about helping instead of just making a sale. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. Thanks to Densie, I'll definitely be back. She's awesome and a huge asset to the store!
