  I wasn’t going to give this store a star, but a rating is required in order to write a review. From the moment you walk into the store, the atmosphere feels negative. There are no greetings, no smiles, and no customer service. The staff even seem annoyed that potential customers have come into the store. A welcoming attitude can make a big difference. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

  I had a great experience shopping at J. Crew today. Densie went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for and made the whole experience enjoyable. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about helping instead of just making a sale. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. Thanks to Densie, I'll definitely be back. She's awesome and a huge asset to the store!

  Today 7/25/2026 I was in the store located in Pavillion Plaza….so I saw a nice t-shirt print …on my searching my size the old woman age tall with white hair asked me : Can you pull out the shirts? I was (?) ! She doesn’t want the mess …being Me a customer , being a expensive store clothes the less could do that woman would be VERY NICE, SMILE, BE POLITE an offer the items to help me what I needed…BUT SHE WASN’t nothing of that…..was rude ….i decided go out of the store and not make purchase…

  This is now my new favorite place to shop, of course the clothes are amazing but more importantly THE STAFF!!! I was greeted so warmly by everyone and they couldn't have gone MORE out of their way to help me. I went in for a tank top and left w almost a new wardrobe. They helped me put outfits together and assist with what looked good and what didnt lol. Amazing store, great people and im SO happy they are here in Sarasota, we are so lucky!!!
